Task:

Improve rankings for keywords related to finding craftsmen and construction services, increase organic traffic and conversions, and optimize the platform structure for better indexing of specialist and service pages.

Solution:

We started with a full SEO audit of Budver, focusing on indexation quality, duplicate pages, canonical and pagination logic, crawl issues, and internal linking. Next, we built and clustered a semantic core around the main construction service categories and location-based intent, ensuring the platform could consistently cover demand across regions. Based on the keyword clustering, we refined the catalog structure: clearer category hierarchy, service subcategories, and city landing pages to improve topical relevance and help search engines index priority pages faster. We also optimized metadata and heading templates for service pages and craftsman profiles, reducing template-level duplication while strengthening commercial intent without keyword stuffing. To improve behavioral metrics and conversions, we enhanced internal linking between services, cities, and profiles, added recommendation blocks (“related services” / “nearby specialists”), and improved performance by optimizing images, caching, and critical resources to support Core Web Vitals. In parallel, we implemented structured data (breadcrumbs, organization, services) to increase snippet attractiveness and click-through rate. Finally, we launched a content stream with helpful guides on choosing craftsmen, types of work, and budget expectations, expanding informational reach and boosting trust. The result was steady growth in organic visibility, stronger rankings in priority categories, and more inbound requests from search.
