Create a mobile platform for finding professionals, creating service requests, and solving household and repair tasks using an AI assistant, interactive map, review system, and built-in chat.

Solution:

A modern mobile platform was developed for finding professionals and solving household tasks. The service connects customers and service providers in a single application, allowing users to quickly find specialists nearby, create service requests, and manage the entire workflow.

The platform combines an AI assistant, an interactive map of professionals, a job request system, built-in chat, ratings, and reviews. This enables users to receive guidance, find the right specialist, and monitor task progress within one interface.

Project features include:

  • AI assistant for consultations and household problem-solving;
  • interactive map displaying nearby professionals and service requests;
  • creation and management of service requests through the mobile app;
  • proposal system allowing users to select the most suitable specialist;
  • built-in chat between customers and professionals;
  • ratings, reviews, and professional portfolios;
